All regular priced items can be returned for up to 30 days after purchase, provided that items have been unworn/used. All sale items are ALL SALES FINAL. RMSC reserves to right to deny any items that do not meet our appearance standards upon arrival. A call to our service operator would be advised to ensure that your items have been sent within 30 days. Any item returned after 30 days WILL NOT be accepted. You pay to ship the returned items back to us, we'll pay to ship items back to you for free.
Prior to shipment, all items will be inspected by RMSC's web manager, a colored note confirming inspection will be present inside each package. This inspection notice is documented evidence that the items have no defects upon shipment. Please send item(s) that you wish to return or exchange to:

Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1-3 days during business hours (Monday thru Friday 11am-5pm Pacific Standard Time) by our Web Manager. For your protection, each order is manually verified and inspected by our secure credit card processing company. Shipping
We currently DO NOT ship outside the U.S. Our policy of FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.00 or more excludes Hawaii and Alaska as well as any other non U.S territories.
Worn Definition
It is perfectly fine for the consumer to try on purchased shoes and walk around indoors for a short period of time. Any wear beyond that is considered to be worn. It is also important to note that ANY amount of wear outside (including pavement, lawn, wooden decks, gravel etc.) is considered worn and the purchased item will not be returnable.
Defective definition
When a shoe is defective it is apparent the moment it is taken out of the box and tried on. ANY amount of wear after that becomes the consumers responsibility. Consumers may wish to take up any further grievances directly with the manufacturers of the item.
